Returns

  • Since we are doing digital services and web development, we don’t offer any physical goods to our customer. So, there is no question of return the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • We start the work with initial advance and client has to pay the rest amount on milestone basis and final amount after live deployment. However, we propose our refund policy. You can cancel the service within 5 working days of payment. Once contracts are signed and work starts, we won’t return the initial advance.
  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of payment.
  • Any refund that is asked after 5 days of payment won’t be entertained.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
